The team running the Bab Zuweila website handles your enquiries and orders. You can reach us at the contact details below or at the physical shop on El-Khayamiya Street, opposite El-Kurdy Mosque, El-Darb El-Ahmar, Old Cairo, Egypt.
When you order, we use your name, delivery address, phone number and email to confirm the order, arrange delivery and help with returns or questions.
When you message us by WhatsApp or email, we use your message and contact details to reply and follow up. The contact form prepares a WhatsApp message; it is sent only when you send it in WhatsApp.
Payment is currently cash on delivery. This website does not request or store payment card numbers or banking credentials.
A cookie remembers your language choice for up to a year. Browser storage keeps a cart identifier so you can return to your basket. You can clear these in your browser settings; doing so may reset your preferences or saved cart.
Shopify provides the product catalogue, cart and checkout. Delivery partners receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order. WhatsApp and email providers process messages sent through their services under their own policies.
When enabled, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel may collect visit and device information to help us understand website use and advertising performance. We do not sell or rent your personal details.
We retain order records for delivery, after-sales support, returns and required accounting or legal records. We handle these records in line with applicable Egyptian data protection requirements.
